A cylindrical, ribbed pottery jar with a fitted lid and finished in a ginger coloured glaze - made by Crown Lynn Potteries Limited in New Zealand.
Originally commissioned by an Auckland Cigar retailer, these jars proved very popular leading to Crown Lynn exporting them to Australia.
