This small Ashtray is a souvenir from a voyage on the Luxury Cruise Liner S.S. OTRANTO (1925 - 1957) more correctly known as RMS (Royal Mail Ship) Otranto. The RMS Otranto regularly sailed from Great Britain to Australia via the Panama Canal as well as providing luxury cruises to a variety of destinations.
In the bowl of the ashtray an image of the ship sits on blue butterfly wings under glass, the metal frame for the tray is chromed.
