This black Top Hat is made from silk plush cut to resemble animal fur, over a core of fine cork. Missing the ribbon band and original box
Size - small ? Internal Measurements - Height 140mm x at the widest point - front to back 190mm x side to side 160mm
Condition - well used with the brim and top seam of the hat lid showing wear.
