Amongst some of the places the Endeavour visited on that voyage were Brazil, Tierra del Fuego, Tahiti, New Zealand, Australia, the East Indies.

Volume 1 - 495 pages, including 19 pages of B/W Sketches, mainly by Banks botanical draughtsman - Sydney Parkinson, 9 pages of colour illustrations, 6 text illustrations, 5 map sketches. Volume 2 - 426 pages, including 20 pages of B/W sketches, 5 colour plates, 4 sketch maps including one fold-out map showing the route of the Endeavour around the World.
